An event is a ticket for one specific date, such as a night ride, a skills clinic or a race day. It doesn’t use a slot. Manage events under Operations > Events.
Enabled events appear on the booking calendar alongside your regular sessions, and on an Events page on the booking site with a Buy tickets button.

Things to know
- Capacity can’t be lowered below the places already booked.
- An event with bookings can’t be deleted. Cancel the bookings first, or just Disable it.
- Events sort with the soonest first, and past events follow, marked Past.
- The list shows how many places are booked, such as “12 of 30 places booked”, and whether a waiver is needed.
- Waiver not required is recorded on each booking when it’s made. A booking made up only of such tickets sends no waiver email. Bookings made earlier keep whatever waiver rule applied at the time.
- Events are booked and checked in like any other session. Their bookings appear in Bookings and Check in marked Event.
- Events can’t be moved or converted on a booking. To change one, cancel and rebook.
- Season passes never cover events, and a voucher can be set to exclude them.
