Marketing > Export downloads a CSV file of every customer who has not opted out of marketing, with their first name, last name and email address.
Download
The page first tells you how many customers will be exported, and how many have opted out and are left out. Choose Download CSV. The file is named with today’s date, such as marketing-customers-2026-10-14.csv.
Open it in a spreadsheet, or import it into your email tool.
Who is included
- Everyone who is opted in.
- Nobody who has opted out. You can see and change each person’s choice on their customer page.
Looking after the file
The file contains personal data. Store it somewhere secure, share it only with whoever needs it, and delete it when you’ve finished with it.
