The menu is on the left on a computer or tablet, and behind the menu button on a phone. It is split into five groups, and only one group is open at a time. The group holding the page you’re on opens automatically.
You only see the items your role allows. Administrators see everything.
The menu
| Group | Items | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Operations | Bookings, Check in, Statistics, Customers, Tickets, Passes, Vouchers, Events, Slots, Closures | Selling sessions and looking after the people who book them. |
| Merchandise | Fulfilment, Orders, Products, Categories, Postage | The online shop. |
| Marketing | Configuration, Integrations, Export | Sending customers to your email marketing tools. |
| Compliance | Audit Log, Subject Access Request, Scrub Data | Data protection duties. |
| Administration | Team, Payments, Email, Branding, Account | Setting the system up. |
At the bottom of the menu is your name. Select it to open My profile, change the theme (Auto, Light or Dark), or Sign out.
How screens work
The same pattern is used everywhere, so once you’ve learned one screen you’ve learned them all.
- Lists show what exists, with a New… button at the top and Edit, Enable/Disable and Delete on each row.
- Creating and editing opens its own screen with a back link. Saving takes you back to the list with a confirmation message.
- One-click changes such as enabling, disabling, activating or cancelling happen on the list itself.
- Risky actions ask first. Deleting, cancelling, refunding and similar actions open a confirmation box that names the action on its button.
- Every page has its own web address, so you can bookmark a screen, share a link to a booking with a colleague, and refresh without losing your place.
- Prices use one currency for the whole system, set under Account settings.
