Branding

Make the booking and shop sites look like yours: colour, logo, favicon, titles and header layout.

Updated View as Markdown

Under Administration > Branding you control how your booking and shop sites look. Changes show up the next time a customer loads the site. The page has three tabs.

General

Primary colour

Used for buttons, progress indicators and highlights on both sites. Pick it with the colour box, or type a hex code such as #2f5d3a. Choose a colour that white text is easy to read on, because the sites use white text on it. Reset returns to the default green.

Favicon

The small icon in the browser tab. Upload a PNG, ICO or SVG up to 500 KB. A square image of at least 32×32 pixels works best. Browsers cache favicons, so a change can take a while to appear. Remove favicon returns to the default.

Page titles

Field Used for
Bookings title The browser tab title of the booking site, such as “Peak Uplift Co. – Book your session”.
Shop title The browser tab title of the shop site.

Leave either empty to use your organisation name.

Layout

Page width sets the maximum width of the header and page content on both sites, from 640 to 1920 pixels (default 1024). Narrower screens still shrink the page to fit.

Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG up to 1 MB. A wide logo with a transparent background works best on the dark header. The logo is uploaded straight away with Upload logo: you don’t need to save the other settings first. Remove logo shows your name instead.

Header size and padding

Set these separately for desktop and mobile (phone-sized screens, under 640 pixels wide):

  • Header height: 48 to 200 pixels.
  • Padding: top, right, bottom and left, each 0 to 60 pixels.

The logo fills the height left after the top and bottom padding, and needs at least 20 pixels. A live preview above each set of fields shows the result as you type. If the numbers leave too little room, the page tells you which to change.

Saving

Press Save branding to save the colour, titles and layout. A red dot on a tab means it has a value that needs fixing. The logo and favicon are saved by their own upload buttons.
