Merchandise > Fulfilment is the list of paid orders that are waiting to be sent. People with the Fulfilment role (and Administrators) can use it.
What’s on the list
The list shows, longest waiting first:
- Paid orders you haven’t posted yet.
- Any order where the customer has asked for a cancellation or refund and you haven’t answered. These show a red badge.
Each row shows the reference, when it was paid, the total, the person it’s going to and their town and postcode, the postage service to use, and what to pack, including options like size. A Part refunded badge warns you when some money has already been returned.
An order refunded in full drops off the list because there’s nothing to send.
Dispatch an order
Open the order
Select it. The page shows exactly what to pack and where to send it.
Check for warnings
Read any banner at the top. If the customer asked to cancel or refund, don’t pack it until you’ve decided. Follow the link and see Orders and refunds. If part of it was refunded, check the order before packing.
Pack and post it
Pack the items listed and send them with the postage service shown.
Enter the tracking code
Type the postage tracking code, for example RM123456789GB.
Choose Mark as dispatched
You’re asked to confirm. The order is marked as posted with your name and the time, and the customer is emailed the tracking code.
When the list is empty
“Nothing to send” means there are no paid orders waiting. Orders appear here as soon as the customer’s payment goes through.
If an order you expect isn’t here, find it under Orders. It may be awaiting payment, already dispatched, or fully refunded.
