A closure hides dates from the booking calendar. Use it for bank holidays, maintenance weeks, weather closures or private hire. Manage closures under Operations > Closures.
Add a closure
Choose New closure:

| Closed for several days | Tick this to add Closed until (inclusive) and cover a range. |
What it does and doesn’t do
- Closed dates disappear from the booking calendar, and the system refuses any attempt to book them.
- Closures don’t touch your slots or sessions. Removing a closure makes the dates bookable again immediately.
- Upcoming closures are listed first, soonest first. Finished ones are shown under Past closures.
Closure or deactivate a slot?
