Follow these steps in order. Each one links to the page that explains it in detail. You need the Administrator role.
Tell Gravity Pass about your organisation
Under Administration > Account, enter your organisation name and website, check the currency, and choose your booking reference prefix. See Account settings.
Connect Stripe
Under Administration > Payments, connect your Stripe account so customers can pay you. Nothing can be sold until this is done. See Payments.
Set up email
Under Administration > Email, choose how the system sends email and send yourself a test. Customers who already have an account can’t book without the email code, so this matters. See Email settings.
Add your branding
Upload your logo, choose your colour and set the page titles. See Branding.
Write your waiver
Under Account > Waiver, add your waiver text, a YouTube video, or both. Leave both blank if you don’t use one. See Waivers.
Decide who counts as a minor
Under Account > Minors, set the age limit, the maximum minors per adult, and your disclaimer.
Create your slots
Define when you run, how many bookings you allow per day, and any seasonal windows. See Slots.
Create your tickets
Name and price what customers buy, and attach each ticket to the slots it can be booked on. See Tickets.
Add closures
Enter the days you won’t be open. See Closures.
Add your team
Create accounts for colleagues and give each the right role. See Team.
Make a test booking
Open your booking site and book a session yourself. Check the confirmation email, look at the booking under Operations > Bookings, and then cancel it. If you cancel a paid booking it is refunded.

- Merchandise if you sell products online.
- Marketing integrations to send new customers to Mailchimp or SendGrid.
- Email templates to put the wording in your own voice.
