# Setup checklist

Follow these steps in order. Each one links to the page that explains it in detail. You need the **Administrator** role.

1. **Tell Gravity Pass about your organisation**

Under **Administration > Account**, enter your organisation name and website, check the **currency**, and choose your booking reference prefix. See [Account settings](/setup/account-settings).
2. **Connect Stripe**

Under **Administration > Payments**, connect your Stripe account so customers can pay you. Nothing can be sold until this is done. See [Payments](/setup/payments).
3. **Set up email**

Under **Administration > Email**, choose how the system sends email and send yourself a test. Customers who already have an account can't book without the email code, so this matters. See [Email settings](/setup/email).
4. **Add your branding**

Upload your logo, choose your colour and set the page titles. See [Branding](/setup/branding).
5. **Write your waiver**

Under **Account > Waiver**, add your waiver text, a YouTube video, or both. Leave both blank if you don't use one. See [Waivers](/daily/waivers).
6. **Decide who counts as a minor**

Under **Account > Minors**, set the age limit, the maximum minors per adult, and your disclaimer.
7. **Create your slots**

Define when you run, how many bookings you allow per day, and any seasonal windows. See [Slots](/selling/slots).
8. **Create your tickets**

Name and price what customers buy, and attach each ticket to the slots it can be booked on. See [Tickets](/selling/tickets).
9. **Add closures**

Enter the days you won't be open. See [Closures](/selling/closures).
10. **Add your team**

Create accounts for colleagues and give each the right role. See [Team](/setup/team).
11. **Make a test booking**

Open your booking site and book a session yourself. Check the confirmation email, look at the booking under **Operations > Bookings**, and then cancel it. If you cancel a paid booking it is refunded.
