# Setting up

> This part of the portal is only visible to people with the **Administrator** role. If you can't see it in your menu, ask an administrator. See [Roles and permissions](/reference/roles-and-permissions).

Everything in this section lives under **Administration** in the menu. You'll do most of it once, when you first set Gravity Pass up, and return only to make changes.

- **Account settings** — Organisation, currency, booking calendar, waiver and minors. [Read](/setup/account-settings)
