# Account settings

> **Administrators only**
>
> This part of the portal is only visible to people with the **Administrator** role. If you can't see it in your menu, ask an administrator. See [Roles and permissions](/reference/roles-and-permissions).

Find these under **Administration > Account**. The settings are split into five tabs. Only the tab you're on is shown, and **Save settings** is only available once you've changed something. Edits on other tabs are kept while you switch between them.

## Organisation

| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Name** | Your company or organisation name. Used in emails, on PDFs and as the default page title. |
| **Homepage web address** | Your own website, starting with `https://`. When you've uploaded a logo, the logo on the booking page links back here. Leave blank for no link. |

## Payments

| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Currency** | A three-letter code such as `GBP`, `EUR` or `USD`. Every ticket, pass, event and product is priced in this currency. |

> **Changing currency does not convert prices**
>
> If you change the currency, a ticket priced at 20.00 in GBP becomes 20.00 in the new currency. Check your tickets, events, passes, products and postage afterwards. Existing bookings keep the currency they were made in. You'll be asked to confirm before it saves.

Connecting your Stripe account is a separate step: see [Payments](/setup/payments).

## Bookings

| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Low availability (%)** | On the booking calendar a day turns **yellow** once the places left are this percentage or less of all places across that day's sessions. Fully booked days are **red**. |
| **Calendar months** | How many months the booking calendar shows, from 1 to 6, starting with the current month. Customers can only book what is shown. |
| **Booking prefix** | The letters that start every new booking reference, for example `GP` gives `GP-4K7Q2M9X`. 1 to 6 letters or numbers. Existing bookings keep their reference. |

> **Note**
>
> Sessions are created about 90 days ahead, so a calendar showing 6 months will be empty beyond roughly the third. See [Slots](/selling/slots).

## Waiver

Set the waiver text and optional video here. The full process, including what customers see and how to make everyone sign again, is on the [Waivers](/daily/waivers) page.

## Minors

The booking site asks everyone riding for their date of birth. Anyone **up to the age you set, on the day they ride**, is a minor. Minors don't need their own email address, and they pay a ticket's minor price if it has one.

| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Minor's age is up to** | The oldest age that still counts as a minor, from 1 to 24. With `17`, someone is a minor until their 18th birthday and an adult from that day. |
| **Maximum minors per adult** | The most minors one adult can book for on the booking site. `0` means no limit. With `2`, one adult can bring up to 2 minors, and two adults up to 4. |
| **Minors disclaimer** | Shown on the booking site when someone's date of birth makes them a minor. Supports formatting. Leave empty to show nothing. |

Set the minor price on each [ticket](/selling/tickets) or [event](/selling/events).
