# Running your day

Most of what you do day to day is in the **Operations** group of the menu. People with the **Operations** role can use Bookings, Check in and Customers. [Statistics](/daily/statistics) is for administrators.

- **Bookings** — Find any booking, in a list or on a calendar. [Read](/daily/bookings)
- **Managing a booking** — Move a booking to another time, switch tickets, or cancel and refund. [Read](/daily/managing-a-booking)
- **Checking people in** — Today's arrivals, with waiver status and a printable list. [Read](/daily/check-in)
- **Customers** — Contact details, history, waivers and marketing choices. [Read](/daily/customers)
- **Waivers** — Set the waiver, see who has signed, and send reminders. [Read](/daily/waivers)
- **Statistics** — Revenue, busiest days, group sizes and more. [Read](/daily/statistics)

## A typical day

1. **Morning: open Check in**

Look at today's list. The top shows how many are still to arrive. Print the list with **Export PDF** if you'll be working without a device.
2. **As people arrive**

Search by name or reference and choose **Check in**. Watch for the **No waiver** badge and sort that out before they ride.
3. **When plans change**

Someone can't make it, or wants a different day? Open the booking from [Bookings](/daily/bookings) and [move, convert or cancel it](/daily/managing-a-booking).
4. **Afterwards**

Check [Statistics](/daily/statistics) now and then to see which days and times are busiest.
