# Checking people in

**Operations > Check in** is built for the front desk. It lists **today's paid bookings** only, so there's nothing to filter.

## The screen

At the top you'll see today's date and how many bookings are still to arrive, with a progress bar of how many have been checked in. Under that is a search box and then one card per booking.

Each card shows the booker's name, the reference (select it to open the booking), the session time and slot, the number of places, and a table of **everyone on the booking** with:

- **Name** and **Type** (Adult or Minor).
- **Waiver**: `Signed`, or a **No waiver** warning.

Bookings for an [event](/selling/events) are labelled **Event**.

## Check someone in

Search by **name, email or booking reference**. It also matches anyone else riding on the booking, so you can find the booking from any rider's name. Choose **Check in**. The card records the time it happened.

Made a mistake? Choose **Undo** on the card.

## Waivers on the day

The **Waiver** column is only shown for bookings that need one. A **No waiver** badge means that rider hasn't signed. You can open the booking and customer page to resend the link, and see more on [Waivers](/daily/waivers).

## Without a device: Export PDF

**Export PDF** downloads today's **full list** (the search box is ignored) as a printable page for when you're working outside, offline or just prefer paper.

## Refresh

The list loads when you open the page. Choose **Refresh** to pick up bookings made since, or check-ins done on another device.

## On your phone or tablet

You can use this screen in any browser, or use the **Gravity Pass** iPhone app, which has a link at the top of the screen. The booking confirmation email includes a QR code of the reference, made for use with the app.

> **Why is a booking missing?**
>
> Check in only shows **Confirmed** (paid) bookings for **today**. A Pending booking hasn't paid yet, and a booking for tomorrow won't appear until then. Find it under [Bookings](/daily/bookings) instead.
